WHAT IS YOUR GOAL??? EVERYTIME YOU THINK YOU CAN’T OR YOU DON’T FEEL LIKE IT REMIND YOURSELF OF YOUR GOAL AND IT WILL MOTIVATE YOU☺

 

RULE#1 – GET OUT OF YOUR COMFORT ZONE! YOU NEED TO PUSH YOUR SELF A LITTLE PAST THAT COMFORT ZONE WE ALL LIKE TO STAY IN TO GET RESULTS. IF IT FEELS A BIT UNCOMFORTABLE YOU KNOW YOU’RE DOING SOMETHING RIGHT! I WILL TRY TO TAKE YOU THERE EVERY CLASS BUT YOU HAVE TO BE WILLING TO PUSH YOURSELF PAST THAT COMFORT LINE. I WANT YOU TO QUESTION YOURSELF FOR AT LEAST 1MIN WHY YOU ARE THERE...AND REMIND YOURSELF OF YOUR GOAL AT THAT POINT AND KEEP GOING!

 

RULE #2- NEVER EVER EVER EVER (is that enough evers??) DIET. IF YOU’VE HEARD ONCE YOU’VE HEARD IT A THOUSAND TIMES...DIETS DON’T WORK!!! YOU WILL NOT STICK WITH IT LONG ENOUGH NOT TO GAIN THE WEIGHT BACK. YOU HAVE TO BE COMMITTED TO A LIFESTYLE CHANGE. THAT SAID BABYSTEPS WORK BEST YOU CAN’T CHANGE YOUR ENTIRE LIFESTYLE IN 1 DAY. FOR EXAMPLE SWITCH FROM WHITE BREAD TO WHOLEWHEAT, SUBSTITUDE VEGGI DIP FOR HUMMUS, START EATING MORE VEGGIES AND FRUITS TO START. TELL YOURSELF THAT TODAY I WILL EAT 1 MORE APPLE PER DAY AND 1 CUP OF EXTRA VEGGIES AND STICK TO IT EVENTUALLY YOU CAN INCREASE THAT NUMBER.

 

RULE#3 – YOU ARE WHEN YOU EAT, YOU HAVE TO EAT AT LEAST 6 SMALL(portion control is important) MEALS PER DAY. BREAKFAST, SANCK, LUNCH, SNACK, DINNER – TRY TO EAT EVERY 2-3 HOURS AND GET INTO A ROUTINE. IF YOU GO A LONG TIME BETWEEN MEALS YOUR BODY WILL GO INTO STARVATION AND MODE AND IT WILL STORE FAT INSTEAD OF BURNING IT. THE IDEA IS TO INCREASE YOUR METABOLISM THE ONLY WAY TO DO THAT IS TO EAT FREQUENTLY.

 

RULE #4- YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT, EXCERCISE AND YOUR FOOD OPTIONS GO HAND IN HAND YOU CAN WORKOUT A TON BUT IF WHAT YOU EAT IS UNHEALTHY YOU WILL NOT LOSE WEIGHT. STICK WITH WHOLE GRAINS, EGGS, OATMEAL, FRUITS, VEGGIES, BEANS, 1%MILK, YOGURT, WHOLE CEREALS – NO COUNT CHOCULA CEARALS! LEAN MEATS SUCH AS CHICKEN, TURKEY, FISH, SALMON, VEAL. LIMIT RED MEAT INTAKE, LIMIT COLD CUTS TO CHICKEN AND TURKEY. WE WILL TALK ABOUT FOODS AND NUTRITION AFTER CLASSES IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS OR COMMENTS, ETC. HAVE A CHEAT DAY, THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT – HAVE 1 DAY TO ALLOW YOURSELF TO EAT WHATEVER YOU WANT IT WILL ACTUALLY BOOST YOUR METABOLISM. THE REASON FOR THAT IS YOUR BODY WILL TRY TO GET RID OF THE BAD FOOD AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE. DRINK WATER! 8 GLASSES A DAY IS JUST THE START – TRY TO DRINK AT LEAST 2 TO 3L OF WATER PER DAY. HAVE 1L IN THE MORNING AND 1L IN THE AFTERNOON IF IT’S EASIER. YOU’LL HAVE TO PEE ALOT BUT SO WHAT THINK OF ALL THE OTHER BENEFITS TO WATER WE ARE 70% WATER AND OUR BODY NEEDS TO REPLENISH THAT. GENERALLY IF YOU THINK YOU’RE HUNGRY YOU’RE ACTUALLY THIRSTY.
