BOOTCAMP
This awesome interval training class incorporates strength straining, cardio, circuit training, agility exercises and more into one metabolism boosting session! In 1 hour this class will provide you with total body conditioning. You will get fit and have fun doing it! No matter what your fitness level is we will help you reach your goals, exercises are modified to your personal fitness ability. Once you start you will be hooked and you will get better and stronger and have a great time while you’re doing it. In this class you will lose inches, increase energy, build lean muscle mass, you will feel confident and you will reach your goals!

SPIN/BODY SCULPT

This 1/2 hour Spin and 1/2 hour Body Sculpt provides a great spin cardio workout in which you can burn between 200-500 calories depending on your intensity. It also provides a 1/2 hour entire body workout focusing on major muscle groups to build lean muscle.


TUSH N' ABS CLASS

One of our fave classes! In this class we work on your butt and abs. Sets of legs, butt and core are switched up to give you a workout that targets most women’s problem areas. This class is to help you tighten and tone your core and your tush to help you fit into those skinny jeans and bikinis. 


ROCK THE BOSU

This explosive 1 hour class is focused on the Bosu Ball. We work on every muscle group using the Bosu Ball as well as free weights.  This class has a great combination of interval training using plyometrics on the ball as well as muscle tone. The Bosu is an amazing piece of equipment which utilizes ones own body weight and uses muscles which most weight equipment does not engage.  


SPINCAMP

This MadJam original class intertwines intervals of spin with bootcamp. This class is high intensity from start to finish. Spincamp has cardio, muscle, plyometrics and is a fat burner like no other class.  Your metabolism will go through the roof in this class as you go through spin intervals with push ups, lunges, free weights. We often also spin as we lift.  If you’re looking for a butt kicking class this is it.


KICKFIT

This a cardio kickboxing class.  If shadowboxing and kickboxing with intervals of cardio with and without partner is your idea of a great class this class is for you.  Boxing gloves are encouraged in this class as we do sparing as well as partner kickboxing. Core also gets a high intensity workout in this class. Bring your gloves and release some energy!
